If you asked me two years ago what I used to fill in my brows, chances are I’d look at you totally confused and bewildered. Filling in/ shaping my eyebrows just wasn’t part of my makeup routine back then. But thanks to Cara D., eyebrows have become big business in the beauty world. Their shape and colour can totally change the look of your face, so it’s important that you do them right.

I’ve tried waxes, powders and pencils to fill in my brows, but always found it hard to achieve the look I wanted. They either were too dark, too light, too thick or even orange looking at times. After dreading filling in my eyebrows for too long, I finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz from Cult Beauty. And, even after using it just the first time, I knew it was worth every single penny.

The thing that I love about this brow product is the really thin wind-up pencil. It makes it really easy to create the look of brow hairs and fill out the brow. You can shape out your brow with the pencil before filling it in, and can apply it as heavy or light as you like. My hair is blonde and I’m quite fair so I went for the shade Ash Blonde and it’s a perfect match. It’s so simple to create a nice arch and add definition to the brow – I’m totally in love with this product!

It also has great lasting power and doesn’t slip off the face during the day, although I always apply a brow gel on top to finish the process off.

If you’re looking for the perfect brow product, I would 100% recommend giving this one a try. It’s not cheap at £15.50, but I can confidently say that I will repurchase this product again and again as it achieves what no other brow product has for me! My brows are quite thin and sparse but this pencil fills them in and gives them a really natural finish. Think of “your brows, but better!”
