This purchase was long overdue. Sick of having my makeup thrown all over my desk after getting ready, I thought it was about time that I purchased some acrylic makeup storage. I’ve long coveted Muji storage, but it’s just too expensive to purchase in Ireland, so I turned to my old friend eBay. And the results were good.
There were so many different options and prices ranges, but I finally decided on this three-drawer set with an organiser on top. It was less than €40 and I ordered it from an English seller to make sure that I got it in a few days. Patience isn’t my best quality…
If you’re more patient than me, you can order sets from Hong Kong that are cheaper, but obviously take longer to be delivered. My order came within a week, and I was absolutely delighted! The drawers hold a lot, and it’s great being able to see all of my makeup so I can make sure that I use it! I still keep my eyeshadows in empty candle holders, but everything else goes in here.
The organiser on top is great for storing makeup that I use everyday or that is bulkier, like foundations.
I picked up the lipstick organiser a few months ago in Home Store & More, and it was also pretty affordable.
I’m so glad to have finally gotten my hands on some acrylic makeup storage, it was definitely worth the wait!
